Final cleaning as well as all Chalet Stolz services are included.
The local tax and mobility fee (€ 3.15 per person/day) are charged separately. Children up to 14.99 years of age are exempt from the local tax.
Terms of payment
Deposit: 30 % at the time of booking, remaining balance approx. 1 week before arrival.
Our current cancellation policy
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks before departure: free of charge
- Cancellation 8 to 2 weeks before departure: 50 % of the total tour price
- Cancellation within 2 weeks before departure: 80 % of the total travel costs
FAQ
How many people can stay in the chalets?
Chalet No. 1 ideally accommodates up to 7 adults, with a maximum of 8 adults able to stay. For our little guests, we are happy to provide up to 3 cribs. In addition, there is a pull-out sofa and an extra bed.
Chalet No. 2 accommodates up to 4 guests. We are happy to provide up to 2 cribs. Additionally, an extra bed is available.
Does every chalet have its own pool?
No. The pool is located in the shared garden and is available to guests of Chalet No. 1 and Chalet No. 2. However, both chalets each have their own separate and private terrace, not overlooked by others, allowing you to enjoy your own private retreat.
What facilities are available for babies and children?
So that our little guests feel completely at home and you can travel with as little luggage as possible, we have thought of everything. Our all-inclusive carefree package for families includes, among other things: high chairs, changing mats, diaper pails, step stools, children's cutlery, toys, and cots.
Do we need to bring kitchen towels, dish soap, or other household items?
No, we will take care of that. In your chalet, you will find everything you need for daily use – including toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponges, and kitchen towels. A vacuum cleaner is, of course, also provided. This allows you to arrive relaxed without having to think about the little things of everyday life.
Are food items such as salt, spices, or oil available in the chalet?
No. For hygiene reasons, we remove all food items left by previous guests after every departure. Therefore, please bring spices, oil, and other groceries with you or purchase them locally.
Which coffee machine is in the chalet?
For the perfect start to the day, you will find a Nespresso machine including a small selection of coffee capsules in every chalet. Those who prefer classic filter coffee can also use the filter coffee machine in the chalet.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your furry friends are of course welcome to come along. However, please let us know before your arrival and briefly check in with us if you would like to bring your four-legged friend.
Is there free parking or a garage?
Yes. Both free parking spaces and a garage are available for our guests.
How far is it to the nearest ski lift and cross-country ski trail?
Winter sports start almost right on our doorstep: the cross-country ski trail is only about 200 meters from the chalet. The nearest base station of the Großarltal–Dorfgastein ski swing in Ski amadé is about 3 kilometers away. Especially convenient: the ski bus stops right by the chalet and takes you to the gondola – so you can leave your car parked during your vacation.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your chalet will be available to you from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the chalet by 10:00 AM at the latest.
What are the cancellation policies?
Of course, something can always come up. The following conditions currently apply for a cancellation:
- Up to 8 weeks before departure: free cancellation
- 8 to 2 weeks before departure: 50 % of the total travel costs
- Within 2 weeks before departure: 80 % of the total travel costs
We recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance so that you are fully covered even in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
