BOOKING INFORMATION AND SCOPE OF SERVICES CHALET STOLZ<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration\/Booking\/Deposit:<\/h5>\n

By registering, you make a binding offer to us, the landlord, to conclude an accommodation\/rental agreement. Your registration can be made in writing, orally, or by telephone. The registration must include all persons traveling with you as well as the ages of any children traveling with you.<\/p>\n

The contract becomes binding as soon as we receive your deposit of 30 % of the travel value and have sent you a written booking confirmation by letter, fax, or email.<\/p>\n

The conclusion of the contract obligates both partners to fulfill it, regardless of the duration for which the contract was concluded. The contract cannot be terminated unilaterally.<\/p>\n

Rental period<\/h5>\n

The minimum stay is 4 nights, high season 7 nights<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h5>\n

Payment of the travel expenses minus the advance payment already made (30 % of the travel expenses) is due 1 week before arrival by bank transfer to the landlord's account.<\/p>\n

Provision of the apartment<\/h5>\n

Subject to separate agreements, check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 PM on the day of departure. Times deviating from this require prior arrangement with the landlord. The tenant must treat the rented property and all items provided to the tenant with care and is obliged to report any defects or damages that arise during the rental period to the landlord immediately.<\/p>\n

Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.
\nPets are not allowed.<\/p>\n

Prices<\/h5>\n

The stated prices are per chalet and night and include, unless otherwise agreed, bed linen, towels, utilities, final cleaning, local tax, and VAT.<\/p>\n

Scope of services<\/h5>\n

The contractual scope of services included in the chalet prices is derived from the brochure or website information, any other agreements made, and these general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

For the mutual interest of both parties, notices of cancellation, rebooking, and changes must in any case be made in writing and require confirmation by the landlord.<\/p>\n

Our cancellation policy<\/h5>\n

You can withdraw from the contract before the rental period begins. If you do not make use of the contractual services, you are obligated to pay the agreed price minus any saved expenses. For holiday apartments, the savings amount to 20 % of the total amount. We therefore strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n

European trip cancellation insurance (Link)<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n

The cancellation fees listed below apply to all bookings and rebookings:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival<\/p>\n

\u2013 From four weeks to one week before departure, 80% will be charged.<\/p>\n

Within one week of departure, we charge 90% of the total cost.<\/p>\n
